1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the supply of all goods and services by East Yorkshire Retrofit Solutions Ltd (also trading as East Yorkshire ADAS solutions) ("Company", "we", "us", "our") to any customer ("Customer", "you", "your").

3.1 We supply vehicle parts and provide vehicle modification services.
3.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make changes to product specifications where necessary.

4. ADAS Calibrations
4.1 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations are carried out to ensure vehicle safety systems function as intended.
4.2 It is the Customer's responsibility to notify us if the vehicle's ADAS systems have previously been modified.
4.3 We will perform ADAS calibrations in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and using industry-standard equipment.
4.4 While we take all reasonable care to perform accurate calibrations, we are not liable for any failure or malfunction of ADAS systems if:
- You fail to disclose any relevant vehicle history or requirements.
- Subsequent modifications or repairs affect the calibration.
4.5 In the unlikely event that the vehicle displays an error message or warning after leaving, you must inform us as soon as it happens so we can make arrangements to investigate.

5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Deposits
This deposit policy complies with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. By making a booking and paying a deposit, you agree to the following terms:
15.1 Deposit Amount
A minimum deposit of £65 is required for all bookings, some bookings require a larger deposit - this will be made clear during the booking process. This secures your appointment and is deducted from the total balance due on the day of installation.
15.2 Payment of Balance
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of installation.
15.3 Cancellations and No-Shows
If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before your scheduled time (This is a late cancellation) or fail to attend, your deposit will be retained.
This policy is necessary to cover some of the costs incurred from late cancellations or missed appointments.
15.4 Special Order Parts
If a larger deposit has been paid to cover special order parts, the deposit will be retained in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
In such cases, the customer will be entitled to receive the special order parts purchased up to the retail value of the deposit.
15.5 Exceptions
Refunds or rescheduling may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
If we cancel your appointment, a full refund of your deposit will be provided, or you may reschedule without penalty.
